CrystalScents Return & Exchange Policy

At CrystalScents, we guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help!

• Return & Exchange Window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Product Condition: To qualify for an exchange, products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
• Processing Time: All return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
• Delivery Charges:
  • Non-refundable: Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Exceptions: If the product is damaged or leaking upon arrival, we will cover all related return and exchange shipping costs.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
